Dani & Kyle

InterCon Hotel

Dani & Kyle wanted a wedding that looked incredible, felt personal, and guaranteed a good time and they nailed it with a bold black-and-gold design and plenty of thoughtful details.

Guests were greeted with custom welcome bags filled with Chicago-inspired snacks and personalized water bottles. After the rehearsal dinner, the couple hosted a welcome party at a classic deep-dish spot, complete with a cigar roller.

The wedding morning was full of laughter, bubbles, and quality time with their inner circle. Personal touches were everywhere: signature drinks named after their pets, a mini sculpture of their dog on the cake, and custom satin ribbons with the bride’s name on wedding party gifts.

The reception kicked off with gold pom-poms on every chair and a note: “Give a cheer, the newlyweds are here!” As Dani & Kyle entered the ballroom, guests rose to their feet, waving pom-poms in celebration. The design wowed everyone from chic escort cards to a 20x20 high-gloss black dance floor featuring a 10-foot gold mylar monogram.

While guests packed the dance floor, the couple slipped away for rooftop photos above the Chicago skyline, popped champagne in their suite, jumped on the bed in full wedding attire, and snuck back to party with their favorite people all night long.

Make time to take it all in...it will be over before you know it!  Your wedding day will fly, but the moments you carve out just for the two of you? Those are the ones that stick.

Beyond the First Look, think about a few quiet pauses: sharing a private dinner during cocktail hour, stepping into the reception space before guests arrive, or sneaking away for a few evening photos while the dance floor is buzzing.  These little moments give you a chance to soak it all in—together.

pro tip:

“We would give Diane 11 out of 10 stars if we could. With both of us working long hours in high-pressure jobs, the idea of planning a wedding felt completely overwhelming…until Diane came along.

As the big day approached, friends and family kept asking, “Are you stressed?” And every time, our answer was the same: “Not at all...Diane’s got it.”
