Services Provided: The Planner will provide access to the planning platform as described on the HBIC Weddings website.
Payment Terms: The client’s credit card will be charged on the first day of each month once the client books the subscription service. The client understands that access to the platform will be paused should the credit card information on file not be able to process the next month's payment. Once payment is received, access to the platform will be granted.
Cancellation Policy: Cancelation will only be allowed up to 7 days after accessing the platform.
Scope of Work: Elements listed in the deliverables of the selected services constitute the complete scope of services.
Client Responsibilities: The client will be on time and prepared for consultation(s). Because each client’s needs are unique, their responsibilities will be defined during the initial consultation.
Third-Party Vendor Selection: The client will not hold the planner responsible for any aspect of any vendor’s pricing, contract, or execution of that vendor’s services/products.
Liability: The Clients agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Planner shall not be liable for any claims for punitive damages, consequential damages, emotional distress, mental anguish, lost profit, loss of enjoyment, lost revenues, and/or replacement costs. The Clients waive any right to pursue any claim, demand, or cause of action against DJB Group Chicago Inc. for such injury or damage.
Intellectual Property: The client agrees not to sell, share, or use any materials provided for any event other than the specific wedding that is established on the platform.
Governing Law: The validity, construction, and enforceability of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the State of Illinois laws. The Clients and DJB Group Chicago expressly agree that any dispute requiring resolution by a court shall be subject to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
Entire Agreement: By providing payment information, the client is clear that these terms represent the entire understanding between both parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
